Name's Blob… Rudy Blob
So folks. It’s been a long time. From today, we are going to start a series of posts on games by independent developers called INDIE-GO! So, here is our first game.
Star trail (Noun): The path created by stars while the earth rotates on its axis. Here it is more or less the same thing. StarTrail is an action-freerunning game developed by Roach Interactive. In this game, the player will take the role of Rudy, an intergalactic treasure hunter who is following the trail of the legendary Fortune Star collecting treasures in combos of different colours (sorry if you have colour-blindness) and shapes.
Gameplay
The player has to tilt the device screen to maneuver the ship’s direction and has to touch the screen in order to levitate it. The player can also turn-off the tilt option as per his/her requirement. The best part is it has dual-controls. The goal of this game is to collect all the treasures on your path. There are four different colours (Blue, red, green and white) and three different shapes of treasures which the player has to collect in combos of either colours or shapes.
The booties are big!
And have I mentioned about the mystery boxes? You can get ship upgrades from the mystery boxes, by collecting the orbs and by spending the collected coins.

Verdict
Overall StarTrail is a very decent time-killer with a pretty high replay value. As the newcomers, Roach Interactive has done a pretty good job and StarTrail has a lot of potential in it. A+.

love the fact that the game offers simplicity of controls and yet the challenging task of choosing either shapes or colors to gain points..feel it's the right balance of keeping someone engaged while playing the game..prefer to kill my time with this rather than angry birds.
