Due to Assassin’s Creed III being delayed for PC in India, people (who have pre-ordered it) have gone into frenzy.
There were reports of sightings of people in assassin’s costume sitting on rooftops and crying. People have also tried to vandalize the Game4U and Flipkart headquarters. Our “inside” sources say that it’s “outside” Game4U’s and Flipkart’s control. No casualties have been reported as of yet. Our sources have also reported the increase in pre-orders for tomahawks which might indicate there might be a possibility of riots in the upcoming weeks if Ubisoft doesn’t release it by 28th of November.
“No wonder why people pirate…” commented Preetam Sikdar on Game4U’s Facebook post. “Then whats the point of pre ordering..this is not good..” commented another fan Gurvinder Pal Singh. We just received an email from Flipkart Support assuring us not to panic as they are taking care of the situation and they promised us they will contain the situation in 1-4 business days from the day of shipping. There are also reports of increase in the rate of trolling of PC Gamers by Console Players with one PC Gamer being traumatized. We tried talking to him and all he had to say was this, “ASSASSINO! ASSASSINO!! i giocatori di console sono con loro! Si tratta di una cospirazione.” Well it’s Italian and our linguistic experts have expressed their doubts that there might be a conspiracy involved.
Our inside sources in the South Indian movie industry have also told us that the industry is affected by this delay as they were anxiously waiting to get ‘inspired’ from this game to make another part of this movie:
We also had a talk with the infamous captain Jack Sparrow who just arrived at the Indian port with the ship full of “latest games”, who had spared us a witty smile and said, “Aye! You see that! That’s why I am always full of business.” There are reports of many getting their copies from Jack Sparrow in India who doesn’t mind to send spoilers to the people who have pre-ordered and are still waiting.
Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot. seriously. do. something.
